The Law 1474 of 2011 (Anti-Corruption Bylaw) aims to implement prevention and control measures by managing risks in order to mitigate corruption incidents that may occur within the organization, establishing parameters for the generation of alerts and decision-making focused on prevention, control, and monitoring.
