Shareholder Information

The General Shareholders’ Meeting is the most senior body of the Company comprising the shareholders registered in the Registry Book of Shareholders.

It is responsible for making the most important decisions of the Company, which include statutory amendments, the appointment and dismissal of members of the Board of Directors, authorizing the transformation, merger of the company, statements and balances sheets of corporate fiscal  years, among others.
