An important challenge for the Group is to ensure that the composition of our workforce reflects the diversity that exists in the societies of the countries where we operate. We also want to strengthen the supply chain in aspects of DEI, with particular emphasis on hiring local labor, women, youth and minority groups, and we seek to implement a differential gender approach in our socio-environmental investment projects.
