Ethical Channel:
The Ethical Channel is the valid and official means through which any stakeholders (Administrators, Employees, Vendors and Contractors, Customers, Shareholders, etc.) can report events contrary to the ethics such as fraud, corruption, unlawful actions or misconduct, labor issues, queries, conflicts of interest, or any other ethical dilemmas.
- Prevent and detect events of fraud and corruption, unlawful actions or misconduct
- Formulate inquiries and request clarifications regarding ethical dilemmas or conflicts of interest
- Manage any reports and perform the respective verification in a timely manner, in accordance with the verification protocol for reports received via the Ethical Channel, approved by the Audit and Risk Committee of the Company
- Take the preventive and improvement actions of the processes and the control environment.

Any stakeholder who knows about and can prove with the necessary supports any event of fraud, corruption, unlawful behavior or misconduct committed within the Company or in connection thereto.
A report may be made anonymously; the identity of the reporter is protected, and confidentiality is guaranteed. Users are advised to provide as much information and evidence as possible to facilitate the verification process.
Our Code of Ethics guarantees that there will be no reprisals against any employees or stakeholders for queries or reports made in good faith.
The activities of transmission or spreading of unfounded rumors or the intentional provision of false or misleading reports or information shall not be followed up or verified.
Given the fact that the Internal Control and Anti-fraud and Anti-corruption Policy is aimed at fighting every fraud and/or corruption event, any event or conduct related to alleged fraud and/or corruption event or unethical conduct can be reported through the Ethical Channel.
Moreover, queries on ethical dilemmas can also be made.
It is important to provide as much information as possible as well as evidence to facilitate the verification process.
The activities to transmit and spread unfounded rumors, the submission of deliberately false or misleading information or reports shall not be subjected to follow-up nor revision.
When making a report or query through the Channel, a filling number will be assigned to the person making the report or query; said person should create a password to follow-up or expand on the report or query.
TGI will inform you on the result obtained from the preliminary verifications or investigations carried out, or the answer to your query, through the same means.
