Lawyer from the Externado University of Colombia and specialist in Banking from the University of the Andes.

He has extensive experience in the legal structuring of financing of infrastructure projects, privatizations, structuring of infrastructure projects with the participation of private capital, as well as in the areas of corporate, financial and public securities market law.

He held the position of Legal Vice President and General Secretary of the National Development Finance Company and for more than 15 years he was an independent advisor to various public and private sector firms. He has worked as a professor at the Universidad de los Andes and Javeriana in the area of securities markets and is currently part of list A of arbitrators of the Bogotá Chamber of
