Under the REDes de Progreso program, actions are established to contribute to the development of the rural economic infrastructure, which allows an impact on the well-being and quality of life of the communities in the area of ​​influence, through initiatives and projects that strengthen the road infrastructure, community, recreational and public services with the purpose of bringing progress and improving the housing and healthy living conditions of the territories.
