In 2022 we decided to align ourselves with the methodology used by our parent company, Grupo Energía Bogotá, to carry out the Climate and Commitment Measurement. The new methodology used allows the identification of three (3) indices:
- Satisfaction Index: measures what the collaborator is feeling in the short term, so it may be impacted by the context of the moment in which the survey is carried out.
- Commitment Index: measures in the long term what the collaborator returns to the organization in return.
- Climate Index: measures perceptions of the value proposition that TGI offers workers, and includes the dimensions of: trust, strategic focus, leadership effectiveness, agility and innovation, performance activation, new ways of working, diversity and inclusion , employee experience and equitable rewards.
